Little Wandle - Letters and Sounds
At Fourfields we teach our children to read using the phonics scheme Little Wandle Letters and Sounds.
This scheme is used to teach all pupils in our Foundation Stage and Year 1 classes in their phonics lessons and in their guided reading sessions. When children require additional reading support in their reading after Year 1, Little Wandle is used to support those children.
